Pendulum & Prana is a hands-on class that blends practical energy work with ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, so you can start making decisions from a place of clarity, not confusion.

Whether you're a total beginner or have been playing with a pendulum for years, this workshop will deepen your ability to trust your inner guidance.

What You’ll Learn:

• What is prana and how it flows through your body (and gets blocked)
• The 3 vital energies (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and how they influence intuition
• How to use a pendulum to connect to your inner knowing
• How to cleanse and charge your pendulum
• How to ask clear, embodied questions
• How to use a pendulum to guide daily decisions (like herbs, food, rest, and rituals)
