Calcite from India

From India, this listing is for a 2 pound 9-ounce (1.175 KG) specimen of yellow calcite. This beautiful calcite is geometric and terminated with sharp, beautiful edges. The faces have a lovely, gentle pattern like rippling water and easily catch the light. There is a key on one corner and in back, both places are lustrous, have rainbows and are a lovely view into the crystal. This one is attached to a matrix with mica enriched clinochlore. This calcite displays well lying down or upright on an edge and these calcites look spectacular on a light base.
