The cathedral growth habit is pronounced in areas, there is a smattering of anatase and a penetrating crystal. One of the most interesting things about this quartz is there are two walls of microcline quartz, creating two interior pockets or sections. 

A record keeper has one or more triangle shaped markings on one or more of the faces. Record keepers are typically formed when mineral-rich solutions flow over the point of the crystal.
