Tourmalinated Smokey Quartz Point with Hematite and Hyalite Opal from Erongo, Namibia

From Erongo, Namibia, this 1 pound 10-ounce tourmalinated smokey quartz point is translucent and coated with both hematite and fluorescent hyalite opal in areas. There are tiny dendrites at the base and the termination is especially dark. Fine needles of black tourmaline mark the surface and with light, you can see some within as well.
